This Privacy Policy describes how Nuvik AI (Snowcat Cloud, Inc.) ("Nuvik", "we", "us" or "our") processes information when you use our iOS/mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
We build Nuvik with privacy by design: chats are stored locally on your device and not sent to Nuvik servers.
Credentials you choose to share with others are stored temporarily and are deleted immediately after being read or 24h, whichever occurs first. We collect limited analytics data to understand product performance and reliability; this may identify your device but is not sold or shared for advertising.

Personal information we collect
Information you provide to us. Depending on how you interact with Nuvik, you may provide:
- Support communications data, such as your email and the contents of messages when you contact us.
- Credentials you choose to share with other users (e.g., provider API keys or configuration links) are stored temporarily only to complete the sharing flow and are deleted immediately after they are read or 24h, whichever occurs first.
- Automatic data collection (analytics). We collect limited device and usage data to operate and improve the app. This may include device identifiers, OS/app version, crash logs, performance and feature usage metrics. This data may identify your device but is not sold or shared for advertising and is used solely for product analytics, reliability, and support.
Personal information we do NOT collect
- Payment data for in‑app purchases/subscriptions is collected and processed directly by Apple and/or our billing vendor (e.g., RevenueCat). We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Chats & content. Your prompts, messages, and attachments are stored locally on your device and remain under your control. Nuvik does not copy or store your chat content on Nuvik servers.
- Third‑party AI providers you connect. You may connect services like Flowise, OpenRouter/OpenAI, or others. Nuvik acts as a client to your chosen provider; prompts/outputs are transmitted per your configuration and the provider’s terms. Their processing of your data is governed by their privacy policies.
Tracking and other technologies
In the mobile app, analytics SDKs may collect device/application metrics described above. On our website, we may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site operations and analytics.
How we use your personal information
- Service delivery and operations – to provide the app, route your requests to your configured AI providers, enable credential sharing (deleted after read), and provide support.
- Service improvement and analytics – to understand reliability and feature adoption, debug issues, and improve performance.
- Security, compliance, and protection – to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse and to comply with applicable law.
- Optional communications – to send service updates or product announcements (you can opt out of marketing emails).
How we share your personal information
- Service providers – for analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and support, under confidentiality and data‑protection obligations.
- Payment processors – Apple (App Store) and/or RevenueCat process payments per their privacy policies. We do not store card details.
- Legal and safety – to comply with law or protect rights, security, and safety.
- Business transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate event.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
Retention
- Credentials shared via the app are deleted immediately after being read or within 24h, whichever comes first.
- Analytics/crash data are retained only as long as necessary for troubleshooting and improvement.
- Chat content is stored locally on your device until you delete it.
Your choices
- App settings – manage connected providers, delete local chats, and control diagnostics.
- Marketing emails – opt out via the unsubscribe link.
- Cookies (website) – manage preferences via your browser and our cookie banner where available.
- Access/Deletion requests – contact us; given our minimal collection, we typically only have analytics/support data.
Other sites and services
Links to third‑party sites and services (including AI providers) are not endorsements and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party practices.
Security
We employ technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption of locally stored chats within the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We recommend that you only use Nuvik over trusted networks. As with any internet-connected service, transmissions could be vulnerable to interception on compromised or insecure networks.
International data transfers
We may process analytics/support data on servers in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and, where appropriate, via in‑app notice.

Scope. This section applies to individuals in the EEA and UK under the GDPR/UK GDPR.

International transfers. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
